PAYMENT and TAX
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. AielloVenus accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express only.   The amount of your purchase will be debited to your account on the date of the sale. AielloVenus will not be responsible for any delay of merchandise due to incomplete or incorrect information given at time of order.

Please note that all purchases are processed through PayPal, and will show on your statement as PayPal: Italian Network, Inc. (7% Sales Tax will be added to Pennsylvania orders.)

EXCHANGES and REFUND
AielloVenus will exchange or reimburse merchandise within 30 days from the shipping date (minus any return-handling and shipping costs). All merchandise must be returned in original condition with the original invoice. Your account will be credited within 30 days.
